When purchasing restaurant equipment, most restaurant owners prefer to have the restaurant supply store install the ice machine for them. Stan Gutierrez , a 16-year resident of the Preston Trails subdivision and former president of the homeowners association, expressed concerns about noise pollution, safety and increased traffic the proposed Restaurant Depot would bring to the area and suggested city officials do their part to help company officials find a better-suited location.
